I love vegetables, because of its nutritional values, every week my
family takes vegetables either as salad or soups. Here is how i make my
vegetable soup.
Ingredients
Meat
Dry fish/stock fish (optional)
Pomo (Optional)
Crayfish
Palm Oil
Onion
Salt, Maggi, Dry pepper
Waterleaf
Ugwu
Before Cooking
Boil your meat
Wash and cut your stockfish and dry fish into bits
Wash and cut your vegetables
Clean your pomo
Preparation
Wash your vegetables and set them aside, i recommend cutting them
yourself and wash with salt. Boil your meat.
Hit little quantity of oil and add onions, allow it to get brown, then
add your washed waterleaf, allow to cook for 2 mins. Then add crayfish, pomo,
meat, stock fish, salt, maggi and dry pepper then allow to cook for 5 mins. add
the dryfish and ugwu, live to cook for 5 mins and that’s it your soup is ready.
serve with fufu, eba, pounded yam , wheat, yam, rice, spaghetti, anyhow you
like it.
Preparation time: 15mins aside time to boil the meat!
